Below is a cost analysis of a “Bundled” plan

A comparison of two plans, the current Bundle and a Cost Plus. Let us assume that is a $100 transaction and utilizing a Visa Rewards card.

The bundled plan, the card will first be charged the bundled rate of 1.45% = $1.45, and then an additional “non-qualified card” premium or surcharge of .77%, which = $.77. The .77% + 1.45% = 2.22% Total or $2.22. There is also a separate swipe assesment charge or trans fee of $.25, totalling a Current Cost of $2.47.

The Enablest plan will be an interchange rate of 1.65% + .0925 Visa assessment = 1.74% + the Enablest Cost of .10% for a Total % Rate of 1.84%; = $1.84. There is also a separate interchange swipe fee (.10) + the Enablest Plus fee (.10) = $.20, totalling an Enablest cost of $2.04.

The $100 sale will be $2.47 on your current Bundled plan and $2.04 on the Enablest Cost Plus plan. A difference of $.43 and savings of 17.4%.
